Job Title: Field Sales Associate (Motorcycle) Location: Dar es Salaam
Job Brief Tabono Consult is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Field Sales Associate to join our client’s team. This isn’t just about moving inventory; it’s about being a “Sales Driver” who can accelerate growth while upholding a reputation for premium service. We need a professional who treats every handshake as a long-term relationship and every lead as a chance to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify selling opportunities in trade (sales driver check) and selling in, through upselling, listing and stock up
- Proper loadings by brand and SKUs
- Influence sales in every outlet
- Managing relationships with clients and staff
- Incharge of stock & motorcycle
- Sales crew leadership & direction
- Returning in the evening, cash, sales, stock, etc
- Planning & preparing for the next day
Requirements
- A Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is an added advantage
- Must possess a valid Class A Driving License (required for motorcycles in Tanzania)
- Proven experience in navigating Dar es Salaam traffic efficiently
- Must have a clean riding record and a high regard for road safety
