- Dar es Salaam – 6 Positions
- Mtwara – 3 Positions
- Dodoma – 3 Positions
- Mbeya – 3 Positions
- Mwanza – 3 Positions
- Arusha – 3 Positions
- Morogoro – 3 Positions
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting the bank’s sales and marketing activities. Their duties will include:
- Promoting and selling PBZ banking products and services to new and existing customers.
- Encouraging customers to open bank accounts and use PBZ financial products.
- Providing accurate information about the bank’s services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participating in all sales and marketing campaigns organized by the bank.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and submitting performance reports on time.
Who Can Apply
This opportunity is open to motivated Tanzanian candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
- Must be 35 years old or below.
- Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Marketing
- Business Administration
- Accounting
- Economics
- Banking
- Insurance
- International Relations
- Or a closely related discipline.
Additionally, applicants should:
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be persuasive, motivated, and results-oriented.

- Not be employed by the Government.
